Services All detailing services are performed by trained professionals using industry-standard products and equipment. We reserve the right to refuse service if a vehicle's condition is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for detailing. 2. Scheduling and Appointments Appointments are subject to availability. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in a deposit requirement for future bookings. 3. Pricing and Payment All prices are quoted based on vehicle size, condition, and selected services. Final pricing may be adjusted if the vehicle's condition differs from the initial assessment. Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made (e.g., fleet billing terms or pre-payment plans). 4. Vehicle Condition and Liability We take every precaution to protect your vehicle during the detailing process. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, mechanical failures, or issues arising from normal wear and tear. Customers must disclose any known damage, sensitive sensors, or aftermarket modifications prior to service. A waiver may be required for certain specialty services. 5. Mobile Service Disclaimer For mobile detailing services, the customer must provide a suitable location with access to water and electricity if required. If the location is deemed unsafe or inaccessible, the appointment may be rescheduled at no additional charge. 6. Satisfaction Guarantee We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 48 hours and we will address your concerns. Refunds or re-service are provided at our discretion based on the circumstances. 7. Cancellations and Refunds Deposits, where applicable, are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Gift cards and pre-paid services are non-refundable but transferable. 8. Privacy Your personal information, including contact details and vehicle information, is used solely for providing services and communicating with you. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. 9. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
