A+ Auto Detailing ("we," "us," "our") provides mobile and on-site auto detailing services in Weslaco, TX and the Rio Grande Valley. All services are subject to availability and weather conditions.
Appointments are confirmed upon acknowledgment from our team. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to inclement weather, equipment issues, or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as soon as possible in such cases.
Customers are expected to provide accurate vehicle information when booking. Pricing may be adjusted if the vehicle condition or size differs significantly from what was described at the time of booking.
All prices listed on our website are starting prices and may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and specific service requirements. Final pricing will be confirmed in your quote or at the time of service.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, CashApp, and other approved payment methods.
Quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
Monthly maintenance subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. There are no long-term contracts — you may cancel or pause your plan at any time with at least 48 hours notice before your next scheduled appointment.
Annual ceramic coating maintenance plans are billed once per year at the time of enrollment. Refunds for annual plans are prorated based on services already rendered.
Scheduled visits that are missed without 24-hour advance notice may be forfeited for that billing period. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule within the same period when possible.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a scheduled appointment will not incur any charges. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the scheduled service cost.
If you are unsatisfied with any service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will work with you to address the issue, which may include a complimentary re-service or partial refund at our discretion.
A+ Auto Detailing takes every precaution to protect your vehicle during service. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, or conditions including but not limited to: paint oxidation, clear coat failure, cracked or loose trim, pre-existing scratches, mechanical issues, or items left inside the vehicle.
We recommend removing all personal valuables from your vehicle prior to service. A+ Auto Detailing is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
By authorizing service, you acknowledge that certain processes (such as paint correction and clay bar treatment) carry inherent risks on vehicles with compromised clear coat or aftermarket paint. Our technicians will inform you of any concerns before proceeding.
By submitting our booking form, you consent to receive communications from A+ Auto Detailing via phone call, text message (SMS/MMS), and email. These communications may include:
Message and data rates may apply for text messages. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message, clicking the unsubscribe link in any email, or contacting us directly. Opting out of promotional messages will not affect transactional messages related to active appointments or services.
We collect personal information including your name, phone number, email address, vehicle information, and service history solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your information may be shared with trusted service providers (such as payment processors and communication platforms) only as necessary to operate our business and serve you.
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal data. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Military/veteran and first responder discounts of 10% are available with valid identification. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
Referral rewards are earned after the referred customer completes a qualifying service at full price. Reward details and eligibility are subject to change. Referral rewards are not redeemable for cash.

Before-and-after photos of customer vehicles may be used on our website, social media, and marketing materials unless the customer requests otherwise at the time of service.
